A Now Printing Machine.

From France comes tho announcement, of a newly invented rotary printing ma-chino, which Is said to print, superpose and fold publications from two rolls of paper, if so desired. Suitable devices are provided—there aro four cutting and folding cylinders, two of which cut and fold tho sheets from one roll, while the other two operate upon tho remaining one. Each of the two pairs of cylinders are, however, capable independently of cutting and folding the sheets.—Public Opinion.
